Alkyl polyglucosides

Alkyl polyglucosides surfactants (APGs) are nonionic surfactants, obtained from renewable, natural raw materials. APGs deliver outstanding surface-active properties, including excellent foaming, wetting, emulsifying, and cleansing performance across a wide pH range. They are highly compatible with other surfactant systems, boosting the performance of formulations while allowing for reduced overall surfactant load. APGs are exceptionally gentle on skin and mucous membranes, therefore they are a preferred ingredient in personal care products. They are also widely used for cleaning products and for water treatment.
